목장을 통해 영혼구원이 이루어져야 합니다 – 박창환 목사(『목자의 삶』김명국 편저) (2026.10.03)

이번 주 칼럼은 『목자의 삶』 (김명국 편저) p.351-352에 수록된 “목장을 통해 영혼구원이 이루어져야 합니다 – 박창환 목사”에서 발췌한 것입니다.

목장 잘 되려면 두 가지가 필요합니다. 하나는 깊은 나눔입니다. 속 깊은 나눔이 이루어져야 합니다. 피상적인 만남은 오래 가지 않습니다. 오래 간다 해도 별 의미가 없습니다. 속 깊은 나눔은 친밀감 안에서 가능합니다. 목장은 가족입니다. 가족이기 때문에 무슨 이야기도 나눌 수 있습니다. 우리 교회 모든 목장은 피상적인 만남이 아닌 아주 친밀한 만남이 이루어지길 바랍니다.

또 하나는 영혼 구원이 이루어져야 합니다. 새로운 생명이 태어나야 합니다. 목장을 통해서 VIP가 목장에 나오고, 목장에서 연합교회로, 연합교회에서 예수님을 영접하게 하고 침례를 받도록 하는 것입니다. 이런 영혼구원의 열매가 목장에서 이루어지면 섬기는 것은 어렵지 않습니다. 희생은 고통이 아니라 보람입니다. VIP들은 교회에 나오는 것이 쉽지 않습니다. 그렇기 때문에 목장으로 먼저 인도하는 것입니다. 서로 자기 이야기를 하기 때문에, 그것도 솔직한 자기 이야기를 하기 때문에 마음이 쉽게 열립니다. 목장을 통해 전도가 이루어지는 것이 바람직한 것입니다. 목장을 통해 VIP 전도가 되는 교회가 가정교회가 잘 되는 것입니다.

우리 교회는 목장을 통하여 VIP 전도가 잘 된다고 할 수 없습니다. 각 목장에서 생각해 보시기 바랍니다. 지금까지 목장을 통해서 몇 명이 예수님을 영접하고 침례를 받았는지요. 목장을 통해서 전도가 이루어지도록 하려면 우리는 항상 전도를 생각해야 합니다. VIP를 달라고 기도하고요. VIP가 생기면 목장에서 함께 기도하고요. 기회가 되면 섬겨주고요. 목장으로 인도하고요. 항상 전도를 마음에 두고 VIP를 찾아야 하는 것입니다.

우리 교회에서는 해마다 목장 수만큼 VIP 전도가 이루어져야 가정교회가 잘 되는 것입니다. 그런데 지금까지 절반 정도의 수준에 머물고 있습니다. 한 해 20명에서 30명 정도 침례를 받는데 우리 교회로는 적은 숫자입니다.

각 목장마다 VIP를 정합시다. 먼저 찾읍시다. 없으면 달라고 기도합시다. 5명 정도 정하고 기도합시다. 그리고 교회의 중요한 절기 때마다 VIP를 목장과 교회로 인도합시다. 추수감사절에도, 성탄절에도, 부활절에도, 성령강림절에도, 맥추감사절에도 VIP와 함께 예배하도록 합시다. 금 년 추수감사절에 주님께 인도할 VIP를 정하고 기도합시다. 그래서 영혼구원이 잘 이루어지는 교회가 되도록 합시다.

“Souls Must Be Saved Through the House Church”

There are two things needed for a House Church to do well. One is deep sharing. There needs to be deep sharing from the heart. Superficial relationships do not last long. Even if they last a long time, they have little meaning. Deep sharing is possible within intimacy. A House Church is a family. Because we are family, we can share anything with one another. I hope that all the House Churches in our church will have very intimate relationships rather than superficial relationships.

Another thing is that souls must be saved. New life must be born. Through the House Church, a VIP comes to the House Church, from the House Church to the Sunday Corporate Worship, where all the House Churches gather together, and from the Sunday Corporate Worship to receiving Jesus and being baptized. When these fruits of soul salvation are produced through the House Church, serving is not difficult. Sacrifice is not suffering but a sense of fulfillment. It is not easy for VIPs to come to church. That is why we first lead them to the House Church. Because people share their own stories with one another, and because they share their stories honestly, their hearts open easily. It is desirable for evangelism to take place through the House Church. A church is doing well as a House Church church when VIP evangelism takes place through the House Church.

Our church cannot say that VIP evangelism is being done well through the House Churches. Each House Church should think about this. How many people have received Jesus and been baptized through your House Church so far? In order for evangelism to take place through the House Church, we must always think about evangelism. We should pray for God to give us VIPs. When we have a VIP, we should pray together as a House Church. When there is an opportunity, we should serve them. We should lead them to the House Church. We must always keep evangelism in our hearts and look for VIPs.

In our church, VIP evangelism should take place each year in a number corresponding to the number of House Churches for the House Church ministry to be doing well. However, until now, we have remained at about half that level. About 20 to 30 people are baptized each year, but for our church, that is a small number.

Let each House Church choose its VIPs. Let us find them first. If there are none, let us pray and ask God to give them to us. Let us choose about five and pray for them. And whenever an important season of the church comes, let us bring our VIPs to the House Church and to the church. Let us worship together with our VIPs on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Pentecost, and Harvest Thanksgiving. Let us choose the VIPs whom we will lead to the Lord at this year’s Thanksgiving and pray for them. So let us become a church where the salvation of souls takes place well.
